JINsoon Fall 2013 Nail Polish Collection

For their Fall 2013 Nail Polish Collection, Celebrity Manicurist JINsoon collaborated with designer Amy Smilovic of Tibi to create a shimmering nail color collection that mirrored the polished and utilitarian look of Tibi's Fall 2013 Collection. Featuring five extraordinary shades and a matte topcoat, the glimmery nail colors are named for their mineral-like appearance.

The Fall 2013 collection colors (featured above from left to right) are Obsidian (black w/ galaxy-like flecks), Mica (gray w/ mica & chromatic pigments), Epidote (a multidimensional, iridescent metallic green), Jasper (a dark red w/ subtle shimmer), Azurite (a classic deep blue w/ galaxy-like specs) and a Matte Maker Top Coat h(idden in the back) that takes any shade from shiny to matte.

JINsoon Nail Polish is a high gloss nail lacquer that is known for being long-lasting with a chip-proof finish and a rapid drying time. Spotlight: Gelish Soak-Off Gel Polish

I had the pleasure of getting a fab mani with a gel nail brand that is new to me called Gelish, the soak-off gel polish (a separate post will be up on my mani soon). With 130 gorgeous, long-lasting nail polish shades, and never-before seen packaging, you will never forget this extraordinary brand.

It's a Boy | Get Jamie-Lynn’s Baseball Boy Manicure w/ Sally Hansen

Jamie-Lynn Sigler revealed that she is expecting a baby boy in a very unique way - by getting a blue manicure using Sally Hansen Nail Color. Beauty Bar’s Fashion’s Night Out with Scoop NYC

Are you celebrating Fashion's Night Out in the meatpacking District? Beauty Bar will be on site at all four of Scoop’s Washington Street stores for an exciting block party with musical performances from 6pm to 9pm. Beauty Bar will be giving out deluxe beauty samples including Deborah Lippman nail polish, Jane Iredale Mascara, Arcona cranberry toner, etc as well as a bounce back card to shop the site with an appearance by Zac Posen at the Scoop’s women’s store on 861 Washington Street.

The highlight of the evening will be a performance by Brooklyn-based band St. Lucia, which will treat consumers to an infectious electro-pop beat. The band will be decked out in the newest AG styles available at Scoop. Customers who make an AG purchase at the Scoop NYC men’s and women’s stores during the event will receive a complimentary AG tee for men or tank top for women as a gift with purchase (while supplies last).
