Katy Perry "nailed" her American Music Awards red carpet appearance with cool polka dot nails that perfectly complimented her Oscar de la Renta gown.

To accent her black tulle and white sequin polka dot Oscar de la Renta gown, celebrity manicurist, Kimmie Kyees created a white polka dot nails using Sally Hansen nail color exclusively.
